Celebrate the New Year with some DIM SUM!

By Macaroni Kid Covina-West Covina January 20, 2017

To celebrate Chinese New Year every year in our family we celebrate with taking the kids for some yummy Dim Sum (Dim Sum is Cantonese cuisine prepared as small bite-sized portions of food traditionally served in small steamer baskets or on small plates).

Most of the time they serve it for breakfast/lunch but throughout the years some restaurants serves it all day long.  In my house, we don't mind serving them as Dinner, my kids likes them.

If you are new to Dim Sum check out the Dim Sum Guide at Dim Sum Central for more info.
